Columbia City Council Votes to Extend Current Public Health Order

The Columbia City Council is extending the current public health order.

The council voted unanimously last night (Monday) to extend the order until October 20th.

The order was first enacted on September 18th, requires bars and restaurants that serve alcohol in Columbia and Boone County to close by 10:30pm.

The order was initially set to expire today (Tuesday), the council voted to extend the order for an additional two weeks.
