Wanted California Man Turns Himself In

The California, Missouri man accused of kidnapping and domestic assault and cutting his ankle bracelet has turned himself in.

36 year old Christopher Wayne Winter is accused of attempting to kidnap a woman at the Eagle Club on Wednesday by the California Police Department.

Winter turned himself in yesterday (Friday) and is now being held at the Moniteau County Jail.
