Mexico Schools COVID-19 Risk Level Moves Down to Orange and New Dashboard Being Released With Coronavirus Numbers in the District

The Mexico School District is operating at an orange COVID-19 risk level for the week of October 26th.

The highest risk level is red, and orange is next on the list then yellow, light green, and dark green.

According to a news release from the district the orange level for this week was determined by CDC indicators based on the number of new positive cases in the last 14 days.

It is also being announced that starting today (Monday) the Mexico School District will begin publishing a COVID-19 dashboard on the schools website.

The dashboard will report 2 numbers, the daily number of COVID-19 positive cases for staff and students and the number of staff and students in quarantine.

The dashboard will be updated daily by 4pm and will be posted on mexicoschools.net.
