St. Louis left fielder Tyler O’Neill and 2nd baseman Kolten Wong are National League recipients of the 2020 Gold Glove Award for defensive excellence.

O’Neill won his first career Gold Glove Award and is the first left fielder in Cardinals history to earn the coveted defensive trophy.

Wong, won his 2nd straight Gold Glove at 2nd base.

In the American League Kansas City Royals left fielder Alex Gordon captured his 8th career Gold Glove Award from Rawlings last night (Tuesday).

That tied Royals Hall of Famer Frank White for the most Gold Gloves by a player in franchise history.

Gordon, who retired after this past season following a 14 year career with Royals finished with 102 outfield assists, the most in Major League Baseball from 2010-2020.
