Auxvasse Woman and Former Corrections Officer Charged With Trying to Smuggle Drugs Into Fulton Prison

An Auxvasse woman and former corrections officer are charged with attempting to smuggle drugs into the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center.

According to the Callaway County Sheriff’s office 35 year old Randi Duvall was arrested on October 28th after an investigation began on October 21st following an intelligence analyst with the Missouri Department of Corrections alerting the sheriff’s department to a suspected unknown substance being sent through the mail to Duvall.

According to court documents, Duvall got the package and admitted to trying to smuggle a liquid, suspected of being liquid cannabinoids, into the facility.

She also reportedly admitted to getting paid between $800 and $1,000 for smuggling tobacco products inside the facility.

Duvall has her next court date set for Friday morning at the Callaway County Courthouse.
