New Development in the South Trails Area in Mexico

New business coming to South Trails Shopping Center and another nearby business is set to change hands.

According to Norma Hooton of The Heartland, a realty company in Moberly, the car wash at 2766 S. Clark is under contract and should have a new owner soon.

A Midwest-based drive-thru coffee franchise has signed a contract on a site at South Trails Shopping Center.
