Several Missouri Military Academy Football Players Receive All-State and All District Recognition

The Missouri Military Academy Football Players are receiving All-State and All-District recognition.

It was announced today (Friday) that Colonels junior wide receiver Enrique Padron was a 3rd team selection on the 2020 Missouri Football Coaches Association Class 2 all-state team.

Padron finished the season with 20 touchdowns and 2,000 all purpose yards.

Scoring seven touchdowns in a single game, he currently ranks fourth all-time in the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) for single game touchdowns and fourth all-time in MSHSAA for total points in a game with 52 against Crystal City on Oct. 16, 2020 (seven touchdowns, plus five two-point conversions).

Padron completed 118 tackles, five interceptions (two returned for touchdowns), 25 tackles for loss, seven forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries.

In addition four Colonels football players were named to the 1st team all-district for their fall 2020 season performance were Christopher Bryant, Phasakorn Cunningham, Juan Pedro Garduno, and Enrique Padron.
