Jefferson City Death Investigation Underway

A death investigation is underway after Jefferson City Police found a man unresponsive and not breathing overnight in the 600 block of Commercial Way.

Officers located 41 year old William Johnson lying in the roadway and lifesaving efforts were conducted however it was determined the man was deceased on scene.

The cause of death is unknown at this time.
