The Mexico Bulldogs Girls Going to Championship Game of Macon Tournament

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs will play in the championship game of the Macon Tournament after defeating the Centralia Lady Panthers 63-50 tonight (Wednesday).

The Lady Bulldogs were good at all facets of the game tonight.

Their defense forced Centralia to turn the ball over 17 times in total.

Mexico shot 20 of 25 from the free throw line.

And the Lady Bulldogs drained 6 three pointers.

Three Mexico girls hit double digits with Mya Miller leading all scorers putting up 26 points.

Freshman Riley Blevins had a solid night finishing with 15 and nailing 3-from beyond the arc.

Riley Thurman put up 12 points.

The Mexico girls improved to 10-2 on the year and will play the host team the #1 seed in the tournament the 10-1 Macon on Saturday night with a 5pm tip-off.
