Cairo Woman Arrested for Active Federal Warrant

A Cairo woman is in the Randolph County Justice Center following an arrest last night (Friday) by Moberly Police.

Officers say they made a traffic stop in the area of Franklin Street newar Johnson and arrested 20 year old Carlisa Vargas after officers learned of an active federal warrant for distribution of methamphetamine.
