The Mexico Bulldogs Boys Basketball Team took round 2 in a rematch against the Moberly Spartans last (Tuesday) night winning 81-45.

The Spartans bested the Bulldogs 77-71 last week in the semi-finals of the Macon Tournament.

It was the first and only loss of the season for Mexico.

The Bulldogs were ready for the rematch last night with all 5 starters Drew Blevins, Isaiah Reams, Raef Yager, Daeye Miller, and Jordan Mitchell getting into double digits.

Mexico improved to 12-1 on the season and are 2-0 in the NCMC.

The Missouri Tigers Men’s Basketball Team lost 88-82 to Auburn on the road last night (Tuesday).

Mizzou dropped to 10-3 on the season.

Redshirt senior Dru Smith surpassed the 1,000 career point plateau with a season-high 21 points.

He also went 8-8 from the free throw line and added three steals and three assists.

Up next Mizzou will return home on Saturday for a match-up against TCU.

The St. Louis Blues defeated the Vegas Golden Knights 5-4 in a shootout victory last (Tuesday) night.

David Perron scored 2 goals for the Blues while Jordan Binnington made 42 saves.
