Tebbetts Community Members Making Plans to Restore Vandalized Church

Tebbetts Community members are making plans to restore the Oakley Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church after it was vandalized at the end of January.

Residents met at the Tebbetts Community Hall yesterday (Sunday).

The restoration will include replacing doors and windows, and adding some new roofing as well as securing the church on a more flat surface.

People can contribute by visiting the “You Know You’re From Tebbetts, When” Facebook Page.
