Polar Plunge Raises Over One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Dollars for Missouri Special Olympics

Over one hundred seventy one thousand dollars will go to the Special Olympics after the Polar Plunge at the Lake of the Ozarks on Saturday.

Over 200 participants went into 34 degree water throughout the day.

56 runners also participated in the 5k.

Special Olympics Missouri has four more plunges planned for this year, including one in Columbia on March 13th.
