Full capacity crowds will be allowed at Faurot Field for football games this fall.

The University of Missouri Athletics Department made the announcement on Twitter yesterday (Wednesday).

Mizzou has 7 home games scheduled this season, with the season opener against Central Michigan on September 4th.

Last season due to the coronavirus pandemic, attendance was capped at around 18%, with about 11,800 fans allowed into Memorial Stadium.

Mizzou football will host its annual spring game this Saturday at 1pm.

Attendance for that game is capped at 6,000.

Tickets are free, and will be required to enter the stadium.

In Spring Training Baseball yesterday (Wednesday) the St. Louis Cardinals and Houston Astros played to a 4-4 tie.

The Kansas City Royals were doubled up in a 10-5 loss to the Oakland Athletics.

The St. Louis Blues fell to the Los Angeles Kings 4-1 on the road.

The Kings scored 3 goals in the first period to hand the Blues their 5th straight loss.

Los Angeles is now just 3 points behind St. Louis for 4th place in the Honda West Division.

Mike Hoffman scored, and Jordan Binnington made 20 saves for the Blues who are 0-2-3 in their past 5 games.
