MO FFA Association Reports Results From 93rd Annual Convention

The Missouri FFA Association is announcing the final results of the 93rd Annual Convention held Friday & Saturday, April 30th & May 1st in Sedalia.

Emily Hoyt with Community R-6 will be serving as Secretary for the State FFA Officer Team for 2021-2022, and Grant Norfleet with Mexico FFA and Chris Ebbesmeyer with Paris FFA will both serve as State Vice Presidents.

In team results, the Paris FFA Ag Issues team of Carlee Long, Kendal Mason, Emma Morgan, Gracie Hatton, Morghan Crain, Makayla Hayes and Andi Holmes took the state championship while the Centralia FFA Ag Issues team of Claire Bennett, Zach Schnarre, Rachel Haskell, Jesse Shannon, Lauren Lafferty, Annamarie Stone and Bethany Rhoades brought home second place.

Individually, Grant Norfleet of Mexico took first place in Advanced Prepared Public Speaking and Dylan Hoyt with Community R-6 and Sierra Nickerson of Hallsville took second place in District 2 Prepared Public Speaking.

Missouri FFA has 25,662 members representing 351 chapters and nationally, FFA has more than 860,000 members in 8,739 chapters in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
