Moberly Area Community College’s Mexico Campus Gets Grant for an Addition
The Mexico campus of Moberly Area Community College is getting a grant for a new barn for their Veterinary Technology Program.
The $2,000 grant comes from the MFA Oil Foundation and will go toward funding a new barn that will allow students in the program to gain experience in providing veterinary care to live animals of a variety of species.
The barn will include a loafing shed and corral space.
The 2-year Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Technology program will begin classes this fall.
