MU Curators to Vote on New Practice Facility and Tuition Increase

University of Missouri leaders are set to vote on a new multi-million dollar practice facility and an increase to tuition and fees for students for the upcoming school year during a Board of Curators meeting today (Wednesday).

If the proposed tuition increase is approved, out-of-state and in-state undergraduate and graduate Mizzou students would see a 5 percent increase in tuition cost, beginning this fall.

The proposed new indoor practice facility budget is set at $33,140,000 and will be funded by gifts that have been given to the school over a time span of seven years.

The meeting will be held at 3:30 this afternoon (Wednesday).
