Tori Taylor Now Facing New Charge in Missouri

The Fulton woman thought to be a kidnapping victim is facing new charges in Missouri.

Tori Taylor was arrested in Centralia, Illinois Sunday night on outstanding drug warrants.

She is now facing a felony of first degree tampering with a motor vehicle after failing to return a car she borrowed from a friend.

That charge was filed yesterday (Wednesday) in Callaway County where officials are also working to extradite Taylor from Illinois.
