Audrain County Commissioners and Emergency Management Director Honored for Service During COVID-19

The Audrain County Commission and the Audrain County Emergency Management Agency is receiving recognition for their help in the COVID-19 response.

Audrain County Health Department Director Craig Brace presented plaques and posters of appreciation to the County Commissioners Steve Hobbs, Alan Winders and Tracy Graham along with Emergency Management Director Nic Tietsort this afternoon (Tuesday) at the Audrain County Courthouse.

Brace says they all had monumental roles in helping in the early stages of COVID-19 in Audrain County.

Audrain County was one of the first counties to hold a mass vaccination clinic.

It took place on January 29th at the Mexico Airport where over 1,600 people were vaccinated.
