Changes Coming to Long-Time Mexico Realty Firm

Changes are coming to the ownership team at Century 21 in Mexico.

Effective tomorrow (Thursday) Marissa Lightsey will be the owner of the local office, buying out the interests of Donna Peak and Don Marking and leading the firm’s 16 agents.

Peak and Marking have different reasons for selling, but for both the time was right.

For Marissa, the entrepreneurial spirit is strong, and she feels she found her niche.

Century 21 came to Mexico in 1978 when Ken McCue opened the office in January.

In October of 1978, Donna Peak and Jim Dye bought into the business and Marking joined in 2016.

Marking and Peak will stay on as agents and Peak will continue to serve as a broker until Lightsey is able to obtain her broker’s license in September.
