Vandalia Man Killed In Ralls County Accident

A 30-year old Vandalia man is dead following an accident in Ralls County yesterday afternoon (Tuesday).

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Route P 3 miles northwest of Vandalia at 1:53 when a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Zachary D. Utterback failed to negotiate a curve.

Utterback’s vehicle ran off the left side of the road and overturned, ejecting Utterback.
