Audrain County Sheriff’s Department Assists Missouri Highway Patrol In Vehicle And Foot Pursuit And Drug Related Arrests
Two Kansas City men are in the Audrain County Jail facing several felonies after a vehicle and foot pursuit on Friday.
Missouri Highway Patrol Troopers tried to stop a vehicle for speeding on U.S. Highway 54 and a pursuit ensued.
A tire deflation device was deployed and stopped the vehicle and a foot pursuit began.
Audrain County Sheriff Matt Oller says his department provided K9 assistance and manpower during the foot pursuit.
Twenty year old Ismail Muhidin was arrested for felony resisting arrest, felony unlawful use of a weapon, felony delivery of a controlled substance for Marijuana, two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance for 10 pills of Alprazolam and 3 pills of Oxycodone, felony tampering with physical evidence, and felony tampering with a motor vehicle second degree.
25 year old Hassan Mohamed was arrested for felony resisting arrest, felony unlawful possession of a firearm, 2 counts of felony possession of a controlled substance for 10 pills of Alprazolam and 3 pills of Oxycodone, felony delivery of a controlled substance for Marijuana, felony tampering with a motor vehicle first degree, felony unlawful use of a weapon, Clay County felony warrant for probation violation, Jackson County felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
Both men are being held in the Audrain County Jail with no bond.
