Update On Miller County Homicide Tied To J.T. McLean

The Miller County homicide victims believed to be tied to accused killer J.T. McLean are being identified.

Miller County Sheriff’s Department identified the victims as 74 year old Daniel Stephan and 64 year old Pamela Stephan.

Officers found a motorcycle believed to be McLean’s in the woods near the residence and a vehicle belonging to the victims missing.

The Stephans were found last night (Wednesday) and McLean was found in Union County, South Dakota early this morning (Thursday) in a truck, dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

During a press conference this afternoon (Thursday), Boone County officials revealed that the Stephans were the parents of one of McLean’s exes.

The investigation is continuing by Boone and Miller Counties in Missouri and Union County, South Dakota on their respective cases.

McLean was wanted in the August 22nd murders of 43 year old Allison Abitz and her 11 year old daughter in Boone County.
