Governor Parson Appoints Alan Winders As Audrain County Presiding Commissioner

Alan Winders is officially the new Audrain County Presiding Commissioner.

Governor Mike Parson appointed Winders to the position on Monday and he was sworn in yesterday (Monday) at the Audrain County Courthouse.

Winders says he is filling the unexpired term of Steve Hobbs who recently stepped down on September 9th to begin a new position.
