KWWR Sports Report 10/26/21

For the first time in franchise history the St. Louis Blues have started the season with 5 consecutive victories after shutting out the Los Angeles Kings 3-0 last night (Monday) at the Enterprise Center.

Vladimir Tarasenko scored twice for the Blues, and goalie Ville Husso made 34 saves for his second NHL shutout.

David Perron added an empty goal in the third period.

The Blues remain at home for their next game on Thursday against the Colorado Avalanche.

The Atlanta Braves and the Houston Astros will play Game 1 of the World Series tonight (Tuesday).

The Astros, by virtue of having the better regular-season record have home-field advantage in the match up.

First pitch is at 7:09.

The New Orleans Saints outlasted the Seattle Seahawks 13-10 on Monday Night Football.

The Saints secured the victory with a 33 yard field goal with just one minute and fifty six seconds left in the fourth quarter.
