Giboney Hearing Reset for December
The preliminary hearing for a former Mexico Public Schools substitute teacher is being reset.
Randall R. Giboney had been scheduled to appear this afternoon (Tuesday) for the hearing, however that has been reset to December 7th at 1:30pm at the Audrain County Courthouse.
Giboney was arrested in August for Third Degree Child Molestation with a child less than 14 years old, invasion of privacy with a victim under 18 years of age, possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of a minor.
