Former Mexico Man Charged With Sex Crimes in Callaway County

A former Mexico man is arrested in Callaway County as part of a sex crimes investigation in the Fulton area.

56 year old Michael Dale Test of Fulton is in the Callaway County Jail, charged with 2nd degree statutory rape and 2nd degree statutory sodomy, both felonies.

According to the probable cause statement, Test is accused of having sex with a 16 year old girl in July or August of 2021 while at Callaway Raceways.

Also included in the probable cause statement is that Test is a registered sex offender stemming from a conviction of 1st degree child molestation as well as a 2006 conviction for failing to register as a sex offender.

Test has a bond appearance hearing scheduled for tomorrow afternoon (Friday) at the Callaway County Courthouse.
