Mexico Bulldogs Boys Basketball Team Claims Second Consecutive North Central Missouri Conference Championship With Win Over Fulton Hornets
The Mexico boys basketball team claimed their second consecutive North Central Missouri Conference Championship tonight (Tuesday) after defeating the Fulton Hornets 59-45 at the Fulton High School.
It was the third time this season Mexico beat Fulton.
Three Bulldogs players got into double digit scoring. Isaiah Reams led all scorers with 21 points. Jordan Shelton and Michael White had 13 points each respectively.
Mexico pushed their overall record to a perfect 22-0 with just three games left in the regular season.
The Bulldogs improved to 8-0 in the North Central Missouri Conference.
Up next the Mexico boys will face Moberly at the Mexico High School on Friday night.
The Mexico Lady Bulldogs defeated the Fulton Lady Hornets 44-34 on the road tonight.
The Mexico girls picked up their 14th win on the season.
The Lady Bulldogs host the Moberly Lady Spartans on Friday night.
