Mexico Bulldogs Boys Basketball Team Completes First Ever Undefeated Season
The Mexico Bulldogs boys basketball team completed the regular season tonight with a perfect record of 25-0 after beating the Hannibal Pirates on the road 76-57.
Jordan Shelton led the way offensively for the Bulldogs with 23 points. DJ Long put up 14 points, and Isaiah Reams got into double digit scoring with 10.
The Bulldogs finished with a 10-0 record in the North Central Conference.
The Mexico boys will start District play next week on March 2nd at 6pm at the Centralia High School.
The Bulldogs are the number 1 seed in the District and have a first round bye and will play the winner of the Centralia/Moberly game.

The Mexico Lady Bulldogs basketball team claimed a share of the North Central Conference Championship tonight after beating Hannibal 42-21.
This is the third year in a row the Mexico girls either won or tied for NCMC Champs.
Senior Mya Miller finished with a game high 21 points. Senior Riley Thurman put up 11 points.
The Mexico Lady Bulldogs finish the regular season with a record of 16-9 and an NCMC record of 8-2.
The Mexico girls start District play this Saturday, February 26th against the Kirksville Lady Tigers at the Centralia High School with a 2pm tip.
