Mayfield Mercy Supplies Collected by Audrain County Residents and Organizations Delivered
Food and money collected from Audrain County residents and organizations is now delivered to victims in Mayfield, Kentucky after the devastating EF-4 tornado caused destruction in December.
Mexico residents Chris and Pearl Newbrough began a dry-food and monetary collection in Audrain County the week following the tornado and recently delivered a check in the amount of $6,142 to Reverend David Appold of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Paducah, Kentucky.
St. Paul’s Lutheran is a partner in a coalition of religious organizations and civic organizations in Mayfield, Kentucky to help provide relief to victims of the December 10th, 2021 tornado that devastated much of the Mayfield downtown area.
