Missouri basketball guard Jarron “Boogie” Coleman is headed back to his former school.
Coleman announced yesterday (Wednesday) on his Instagram account that he is headed back to Ball State.
Coleman played in 31 games, making 21 starts with the Tigers last season and averaged 8 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists per game.
Coleman will be entering his redshirt senior season.
The NCAA’s COVID-19 waiver allows him to potentially play a sixth season.
Cardinals slugger Albert Pujols moved into 10th place on Major League Baseball’s all-time hits list. Pujols did it in last nights (Wednesday) game in his first two plate appearances against New York Mets right-hander Max Scherzer. Pujols increased his career total to 3,314 to pass Eddie Collins on the all-time hits list.
The St. Louis Cardinals last 11-4 to the New York Mets in New York last night (Wednesday).
Nolan Arenado hit a 2-run home run for the Redbirds, and Paul Goldschmidt extended his hitting streak to 11 in the loss.
The Cardinals go for a series split with the Mets this afternoon.

The Kansas City Royals beat the Chicago White Sox 6-2.
Bobby Witt Jr. and MJ Melendez went deep for the Royals who won back-to-back games for the first time since April 19th and 20th.
All four of Witt’s home runs this season have gone 400-plus feet.

Country music star Dierks Bentley is predicting the St. Louis Blues will win their second Stanley Cup this season.
Bentley, had the Stanley Cup in his home recently, and made the prediction in a video posted to his official Twitter account.
Bentley was debating Cup favorites with his son, who said he thought the Colorado Avalanche would win it all.
Bentley said “Yeah, the Avalanche are looking pretty strong, but I kind of think St. Louis. I don’t know, I have a feeling they’re gonna do it.”
The St. Louis Blues and Colorado Avalanche play game 2 of their second round series tonight with the Blues trailing the best-of-seven series 1-0.
