Laddonia Accident Sends Two to an Area Hospital

Two people are injured in a head-on traffic crash in Laddonia last night (Friday).

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, it happened just before 7:30 on Highway 54 eighty-four feet north of Main Street when a vehicle driven by 57-year-old Adam R. Pudivitr of Eolia crossed to center line and struck a northbound vehicle driven by 49-year-old David M. Douglas of Union head-on.

Pudivitr was flown to a Columbia hospital with serious injuries while a passenger in Douglas’ vehicle, 48-year-old Michele L. Douglas of Union, was taken to a Columbia hospital by ambulance with moderate injuries.
