List of Cooling Centers in the Area With Extreme Heat Forecasted Again This Week

With dangerous heat index temperatures expected to exceed 100 degrees this week the Audrain County Emergency Management Agency is providing a list of some of the cooling centers in the area.

In Centralia the Public Library is available Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until 8pm and until 5pm on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and 1 to 4pm on Sundays.

The First Baptist Church of Centralia is offering its fellowship area as a cooling center 10am to 5pm through Friday.
