Heat Wave On Full Blast This Weekend in Mid-Missouri
The record heat wave that has gripped most of the country this summer will be on full blast this weekend in mid-Missouri.
Saturday’s temperatures are expected to be the highest of the year, as they top 100 degrees with heat indices near 110. Slightly cooler, but more humid Sunday with highs near 98 before a break in the weather on Monday as a cool front moves through.
Meanwhile, Missouri Governor Mike Parson will hold a press conference today at 2pm at the State Capitol to discuss actions his Administration will take to aid Missouri’s farmers and ranchers battling worsening drought conditions.
