Infant Accidentally Shot in Rosebud Tuesday Should Recover Fully
In Rosebud on Tuesday, a ten month old infant was shot in the abdomen by a 3-year-old. After investigation by the State Highway Patrol, it was determined the 3-year-old juvenile was able to obtain a pistol from a purse located on a counter and accidentally shot the 10 month old in the abdomen.
The 10 month old was transported by Gerald Ambulance to Mercy Hospital in Washington and later to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis for additional treatment.
The 10 month old is expected to make a full recovery from their injuries.
