Court Documents Reveal that Man Murdered Friday was Stabbed 15 Times
New details have emerged in the murder of a 52 year old man on South Old Route A last Friday. Collin Knight, 23, of Hartsburg, has been charged with the first-degree murder of his father and is being held without bond at the Boone County Jail.
According to court documents, the victim, who lived with his son, was stabbed at least 15 times.
Records show that Knight has previously assaulted people with knives, currently serving probation for assaulting two family members with them, and has a history of mental health issues.
