Man Electrocuted by Power Line Identified
The Boone County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a Hallsville man who was killed Monday morning after his car collided with a power pole.
Andrew Blaine Moss, 22, is believed to have exited his vehicle and died from electrocution after contacting a downed power line.
