In a press conference yesterday, the Kansas City Royals fired Dayton Moore, the President of Baseball Operations, effective immediately.

The Royals beat the Twins 5-2 with two homers by MJ Melendez.

This afternoon the Kansas City Royals host the Minnesota Twins at 1:10. Josh Winder vs Jonathan Heasley.

The Cardinals didn’t get a hit until the seventh inning in San Diego last night. Albert Pujols broke the ice with a single after two outs, but the Padres held them off and beat the Cards 1-0.

St. Louis is at San Diego, game time 3:10pm. Jack Flaherty vs Joe Musgrove, watchable on ESPN+.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are in Cleveland to meet the Browns at FirstEnergy Stadium, kickoff at 7:15pm. The game will be aired on Amazon Prime.
