NECAC Offers Free Diapers in Twelve Counties
The North East Community Action Corporation is offering free diapers to income-qualifying parents of babies in 12 Missouri counties.
In addition, clients must make an appointment for a NECAC intake assessment, take a life skills class and meet other guidelines.
The diapers are available at NECAC Service Centers in Lewis, Lincoln, Macon, Marion, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike, Ralls, Randolph, St. Charles, Shelby and Warren counties.
