Lynlee Renick Drops Appeal
The woman convicted in the 2017 death of her husband in New Florence is dropping her appeal.
Lynlee Renick, convicted in December of 2021 in the death of her husband Ben, a snake breeder in New Florence, voluntarily dropped her appeal as of Monday according to online court records.
The appeal was filed October 21st of 2022 in the Western District Court of Appeals.
Renick and her boyfriend, Michael Humphrey, were both convicted of murder in the case; Renick in Boone County and Humphrey in Audrain County in October of 2021.
