MO Corn Growers Association Honors Audrain County Farmer
A Benton City man is honored during the annual meeting of the Missouri Corn Growers Association in Jefferson City yesterday (Wednesday).
Jay Schutte was presented with the Honorary Lifetime Award from the organization.
Other awards presented during the meeting include Outstanding Partner to Dale Amick of Jefferson City and Outstanding Advocate to Farmers of Cooper County.
Following the annual meeting, growers visited the Capitol to discuss the importance of Missouri’s corn and ethanol industries with legislators.
