Former Sturgeon Police Chief Wins Appeal
The former police chief in Sturgeon wins on an appeal.
An appeals court yesterday (Tuesday) ruled that the City of Sturgeon didn’t follow the law in 2017 when they fired Greg Halderman.
Halderman will keep the $315,000 he was initially awarded.
The amount of Halderman’s legal fees that the City of Sturgeon must pay will be decided by a Boone County judge.
