Community R-VI Trojans Baseball Crowned District Champions
The Community R-VI Trojans baseball team are District Champions after blanking Cairo 3 to 0 tonight (Tuesday).
Mason Carroll pitched a complete game shutout for the Trojans and struck out 10 batters.
Gavin Allen went 1-3 with an RBI double.
Brant Cope was 1-3 with an RBI single.
Up next the Trojans head to Sectionals and will play either Wellington Napoleon or Northland Christian Academy on Monday, May 22nd.
