Hannibal Man Charged With Stealing a Quincy Police SUV
A Hannibal man is in the Marion County Jail after an arrest yesterday (Monday), where he is accused of stealing a police vehicle.
Hannibal Police Department says they were notified yesterday morning that a fully marked Quincy Illinois Police SUV had been stolen from the parking lot of the Quincy Police Department.
The SUV was spotted in Palmyra by the Palmyra Police Department when a pursuit began.
The pursuit ultimately ended in the parking lot of a business.
The identified by police as 46-year-old Marcus L. McGruder surrendered as he exited the police SUV.
