Hannibal Police Department Joins to Launch START Program in Schools
The Hannibal Police Department School Resource Officers will be launching a new program starting this school year.
The START program which stands for Substance, Tobacco, Alcohol, Resistance Training will be taught to all sixth grade students in both private and public schools in Hannibal.
According to a news release the START program will cover not only drug and alcohol prevention, but also bullying and digital citizenship.
