Additional Charge Filed Against Fulton Man in Child Sex Crimes Investigation

An additional charge was filed yesterday (Thursday) against a Fulton man accused of child sex crimes.

35-year-old Robert Stuart is now charged with one count of misconduct involving a child under 15, plus six counts of possession of child pornography.

Stuart was arrested at his house on Tuesday, September 26 and taken to the Callaway County Jail. Investigators say after a search of his phone they found at least six videos and images according to court records.

In a press release sent out yesterday (Thursday), Missouri State Highway Patrol investigators say during a forensic examination of the phone, they recovered additional evidence that was sexual in nature and depicted a minor in Moniteau County.
