Sturgeon Man With Moderate Injuries in Boone County Accident
A Sturgeon man was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries following a two-car accident in Boone County during the afternoon hours of Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened on MO 124 at Route U.
A vehicle driven by 30-year-old Joshua T. Smith of Jefferson City entered the intersection and traveled into the path of a vehicle driven by 73-year-old Floyd E. Whitney.
An ambulance transported Whitney to Boone Hospital with moderate injuries.
Smith was not injured in the accident.
