Fatal Accident in Callaway County
A New Bloomfield man is dead following an accident in Callaway County during the morning hours of Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol accident report it happened at a private drive at 4604 County Road 432.
A vehicle driven by 81-year-old Charles L. Nichols left the side of the private drive and overturned on its side.
Nichols was pronounced dead at the scene.
This is Troop F’s 1st fatality for the month and year.
