Two Sturgeon Residents Injured in Four-Car Accident in Boone County
Two Sturgeon residents are recovering from injuries following a four-car crash in Boone County that happened around 5pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol it happened on 63 northbound at Lipscomb Drive as a vehicle changed lanes behind another vehicle that was making a left turn and a collision caused a chain reaction with several other vehicles.
62-year-old Connie J. Baskett of Sturgeon and 49-year-old Johnny D. Smith of Troy had minor injuries.
66-year-old Joe D. Baskett of Sturgeon had moderate injuries.
All three people were taken to University Hospital for treatment.
