KWWR Sports Report 3/13/24
The University of Missouri men’s basketball team opens postseason play tonight (Wednesday), squaring off against Georgia in the first round of the SEC Tournament.
Missouri completed the regular season with an 8-23 record and 0-18 in SEC play.
Tip off in Nashville is set for 8:30.

The Kansas City Chiefs and Irv Smith Jr. agreed yesterday (Tuesday) on a one-year deal.
Smith Jr. plays tight end and will back up Travis Kelce.
The contract cannot be finalized until today, when the new league year begins.

In Spring Training yesterday (Tuesday), the St. Louis Cardinals defeated the Boston Red Sox 8-6.
The Kansas City Royals were doubled up by the Colorado Rockies in a 4-2 loss.
